OUR RATES:

Agency fees for Rentals:

  • One year contract or more: One month’s rent + VAT
  • Contract of less than one year: 10% of total rental amount + VAT

Agency fees for Acquisitions/Sales:

  • 2% of the transaction price + VAT

The agency commission is payable upon signature of the Lease agreement.
